9.19.07 Somewhat North of Boston Film Festival The Container is an official selection for the 2007 S.N.O.B.(Somewhat North of Boston) Film Festival, which will run November 9-11 in downtown Concord, NH. Now in its 6th year, the SNOB Festival is known for lending support to New England Filmmaking while presenting a strong program of features, documentaries, and shorts from around the world. 5.30.07 The Container is an official selection for the Long Island International Film Expo (LIIFE) 2007 (see http://www.longislandfilm.com/film_details.asp?Fid=279), which will run July 12-19 at the Bellmore Movie Theater in Bellmore, NY. The event is open to the public and will feature screenings of short and feature-length independent films from around the world, Q&A sessions, and other festivities throughout the week. The Container will be screened on July 17 at 7 PM.
4.29.07 The Container is an official selection for the 2007 Cannes Film Festival, Short Film Corner. The Festival will be held May 16-28 in Cannes, France. 3.4.07 Click to enlargeAndrew is the guest speaker for the March 4 installment of the Small Time/Big Time: Independent Film in New England series at the Groton Public Library, where he screens the final version of The Container to a full house. 9.17.06 The pre-production version of The Container debuts to a full house and is chosen as one of the top two audience favorites during the SAG film portion of the Third Annual Boston Film Night. The event was held at the Regent Theatre in Arlington MA.
8.24.06 The Container is accepted as an official entry into the Third Annual Boston Film Night on September 17 2006 at the Regent Theatre in Arlington MA to be presented by Midnight Chimes Productions and Imagine Magazine. April 2006 Andrew and fellow DP Jamie Northrup participate in the 2006 Boston 48-Hour Film Project; the silent film Room 17 wins award for "Best Use of Prop."
10.8.05 Our Fellow Countrymen, Andrew’s short political satire with Mindbeside Studios, is featured at the Second Annual Boston Film Night hosted by Midnight Chimes Productions and Imagine magazine.
8.26.05 Filming begins on The Container, the dark comedy short and first film project under the REACTION moniker.
Winter 2004 Andrew lends his film expertise as mentor, director, and cinematographer on the student short film Aidan for the Senior Project for Brad Allen Wilde at the Francis W. Parker Charter Essential School.
Fall 2004 Andrew lends his directorial, musical, and SPFX talents to fellow filmmakers Jake and Josh Epstein for their debut horror film Acrylic Midnight. The film debuted on October 30, 2005 at a local venue.
10.17.04 Our Fellow Countrymen (OFC) is featured in the Lowell Sun’s TAKE FIVE, the weekly compilation of “Five things to watch for on the pop culture highway,” in the Sunday Style Section. OFC comes in at second place after television hit Desperate Housewives.
10.12.04 Our Fellow Countrymen, the short political satire Andrew directed and filmed with Mindbeside Studios, debuts online at www.ourfellowcountrymen.com.
9.7.04 Andrew participates on a discussion panel of local filmmakers for "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Film" at the Pollard Memorial Library in Lowell, MA.
8.22.04 The premiere and DVD release of the feature-length film The Killing Hand, directed and filmed by Andrew with Mindbeside Studios, is held at the Regent Theatre in Arllington, MA. Local filmmakers Mindscape Pictures and Random Foo Pictures presented their short films Marisa and Intruder, respectively.

Andrew was featured with fellow filmmaker Jason Courtemanche in the Sunday/Style section of the Lowell Sun, and in the Local Action section of The Boston Globe.
